Job Description

Work out sales plans for designated MENA markets, and re-adjust as per unexpected situations.


Proactively establish quick presence in designated MENA markets.


Successfully sign partnership agreements with prospective sales channels of immigration agencies, wealth management institutions, law firms by attending domestic and international fairs and exhibitions, as well as by other sales methods


Collect and analyze services of competitors, and work out strategies to win


Grasp all immigration programs of the employer precisely, comprehensively and timely, offer regular and detailed trainings to sales channels


Maintain effective relationship with sales channels to generate sales revenues


 

Occasionally offer consulting services to direct clients´üČ


Lead and manage a sales team of 2-5 members 


 

Other duties assigned by the Director


On-job training is provided


 

Candidates from sectors of HNWIs  are a priority


 

Skills

University or above, quick learner


Three years’ sales experiences in UAE or in any MENA country out of five years’ sales experiences or above


Be ready for business trips in MENA region


Outstanding presentation skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills, team management experiences


Well-educated, hard-working, and ready for challenges


Good manners, neat personal appearance


 

Highly self-driven


 

Result-oriented


 

A valid UAE driver's license AND hands-on driving experience are a big plus for candidates respsonsible for UAE market


 

Owning a car is a priority for candidates respsonsible for UAE market


 

Languages: English is a must, and one of the  following languages would be a priority: 


Chinese/Arabic/Farsi/Turkish/French/Urdu/Hebrew
